Oh its Raining, will the tour go ahead?
Of course, our tours will continue rain or shine. Please bring wet weather gear.
In the event of extreme weather such as hurricane, tornado, flash flooding or pandemic we reserve the right to cancel
without notice, in these circumstances a full refund will be provided.
What to wear:
Be mindful of the weather, dressing in layers is often helpful. Bringing a jacket is integral if you feel the cold.
Umbrellas/Raincoats are necessary in the event of wet weather.
Where to Meet:
Meeting Point is 69 Ann St Brisbane City Queensland, which is the Telstra building opposite Suncorp building and next to King George Square and Town Hall
8:40 am Group Meetup Time.
We will park outside town hall in the bus loading area, please be outside ready and waiting to go, we will depart at 8:45 Sharp.
We cannot wait for late passengers so please plan your route and leave early to avoid dismay.
Cancellation Policy:
We accept 24 hours written notice for join us tours.
We accept 96 hours written notice for private tours.
Last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of full fare.
Please refer to travel insurance policy for claims of an unavoidable nature.
Shore Tours
In the event of Shore Tours, a full refund is provided if ship does not dock.
Covid/ Emergency Hospital Policy –
Please do not attend but a signed dated letter from hospital or attending physician will be sufficient
To allow us to provide a credit voucher or reschedule.
